At Duermeya, all our products come with a 2-year legal warranty from the date of delivery, in accordance with current regulations.
✅ What does the warranty cover?
- Manufacturing defects or material flaws.
- Structural failures not resulting from improper use.
❌ What isn't covered? The warranty does not cover issues arising from:
- Misuse of the product, impacts, or accidental breakage.
- Moisture, stains, burns, or other damage from external conditions.
- Natural wear and tear from use and the passage of time.
- Mattress deformations caused by inadequate support (slatted bases in poor condition, without reinforcements, or incompatible bases).
- Variations in mattress measurements of up to ±3 cm, considered normal according to technical regulations.
- Variations in sofas of up to ±5 cm, considered normal according to technical regulations.
