🔁 Exchanges and Returns – Duermeya
At Duermeya, our top priority is your complete satisfaction with your purchase. That's why, if something isn't right or wasn't what you expected, you have clear options to exchange or return it. We want you to rest well and worry-free!
📅 Timeframes You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange or return for unopened products.
Did you buy a mattress? No problem if it's not what you expected: you have a 30-night trial period to test it. If it doesn't convince you, we'll exchange it!
💶 What if the price changes? If the new product costs less, we will refund you the difference.
If the new one costs more, you will only have to pay the difference.
Promotions or discounts applied to your original purchase are not maintained in the exchange. New current offers do not apply either.
Exchanges must be made for products of the same category (for example, mattress for mattress).
🚚 Shipping Costs Returning an unused mattress/ottoman bed/sofa or furniture in its original packaging costs €50 (Peninsular Spain).
If you exercise your right to exchange within 30 nights, the transport cost is €80 (Peninsular Spain).
